The same as the marks of international name we used the "Technology of high pressure."
In our process we used cores of materials combined as; foam of pvc of high density (Divynicel) and aramida (Honeycomb) panels. Ultimamnente adds the wood, a material already very well-known in the snowboard industry, never giving before to the board flexibility and resistance gotten.
The lamination is carried out with fabrics of glass fiber and carbon of high quality; using epóxiresins post cured at high temperatures.
In the termination we place sheets of "PBT" and “poliamide” (super resistant plastics) with graphics made by sublimation and silk screen.
All this is subjected to high pressure , in an atmosphere with humidity and temperature controleds.
As a result we obtain an extremely resistant and light board.
